These chewy and sticky squares are made with whole grain rice cereal. They are easily transportable and can make a healthy energy–packed snack before a game.
The added flavor of peanut butter and dried cranberries are sure to make this nutritious treat a family favorite. You can vary the recipe by adding the dried fruit of your choice like apricots, raisins or dried blueberries.
1. Heat peanut butter and honey in a large pot until melted (2-3 minutes) over low-medium heat.
2. Add cereal and cranberries and mix all ingredients until sticky.
3. Display in a 9x13 inch pan sprayed with PAM and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
4. Cut into 16 equal squares before serving.
